How do I apply?

Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, $100,000 personal liability and the policy must have your unit and list all adults on the lease
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee will be assessed after the 4th of each month.
What is your pet policy?
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet (max is 2). A monthly pet rent fee for each pet is $25.00 per month. Bread restrictions may apply.
Do the townhomes have washer/dryer?
Yes, each townhome has a full-size washer and dryer.
Is parking first come first served or we have assigned parking?
Each town home is assigned 1 parking space per unit. There are non-marked spaces that are available to residents and their guests. The property does offer an additional reserved parking space for an additional fee. *Subject to availability
Can I use Section 8 to help pay my rent?
This particular owner/townhome community is not connected or setup with the Section 8 program the owners/townhome community has decided not to participate in the Section 8 program at this time due to the program requirements.
Do you have 1-bedroom units available?
All units are 2-bedroom 2.5 bath town homes here at the Villages.
How long is my lease term?
Our property offers 12 -13 month lease terms.
Are utilities included in the monthly rent?
No, utilities are not included. The City of Bartow provides water, sewer, and electrical services. Residents are responsible for contacting the City of Bartow directly to establish an account. There are additional monthly charges of $25 for Valet Trash Collection, and $5 to ensure your home remains pest-free with our Pest Control Services.
How do I make sure I receive my Resident Referral and/or Locator Fees?
All vendors including locators, realtors and the like must be registered agents with NetVendor.com and in compliance with The Villages at Laurel Meadows under a contract in order to receive compensation. Compensation is distributed 30 days after the resident has moved in and is in good standing with management. Resident referrals must be listed on the application at the time of applying to be considered valid. Please contact our leasing office for complete details.
